Becoming a Customer

First you need to register with us. You can mail us your registration request on
"nrihelp@hdfcsec.com".
Or the registration could be made on our site at Register now.
If you do not already have your savings/current account and your depository participant
(DP) or demat account with HDFC Bank, then you would need to open these accounts.
They can be opened when you open your account with HDFC Securities.
After you have registered with us, you would need to complete the client documentation
formalities.
Once the documentation is over, a letter advising you of the acceptance of your
application will intimate you and we will provide you with your account number,
user name and password.

of the sole account holder for securities trading account |

Application for NetBanking (demat accounts)

In addition, the following are the mandatory requirements
for specific categories of account holders: |

Photographs of all the account holders |
Copy of passport or some other identification documents viz:
Visa, PAN card etc.

What are the charges for account
opening?
One time account opening charge of Rs. 2,250.

Brokerage charges |
|
Consolidated Brokerage of 0.75% (including PIS & Demat Transaction charges) subject
to minimum of Rs 100 per Trade. |

Securities Transaction Tax (STT) @ applicable rates |
Service tax @ applicable rate of the brokerage amount
