About The Deposits:
Who can invest: An Individual(Resident & NRI), Companies, Trusts & HUFs. NRIs can invest only in Scheme B ie. Cumulative Option. A discount coupon(transferable) will be offered to the first holder which can be used for getting 15% discount/concession on room rent & all investigations done at Apollo Hospitals. The value of the coupon would be 10% of the deposit amount.
Asides, the first deposit holder would be entitled for a Group Personal Accident Insurance cover subject to a maximum of Rs. 20,00,000/-. Only Accidental Death would be covered & not medical treatment.
The TDS as applicable would be deducted at source if interest income is more than Rs. 5,000 in a FY. Form 15 G/H is to be filled in duplicate to get interest without TDS.
Joint Deposits can be accepted subject to maximum of 3 depositors.
