Carborundum Universal Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Sriram Seshadri as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 7, 2026, and he will also serve as a whole-time Key Managerial Personnel. Mr. Seshadri, aged 55, was appointed based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, and brings over 30 years of experience in finance leadership roles, most recently as Vice President – Business Controller at Endurance Technologies.
