Aplab Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from August 22, 2026, to August 28, 2026, for the company’s 61st Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 28, 2026, at 11:30 a.m., with August 21, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining member eligibility to vote.
