CEAT announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 35 per equity Share (i.e. 350%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of CEAT rose 145.10% to Rs 243.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 99.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 23.34% to Rs 4218.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 3420.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 47.69% to Rs 698.02 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 472.64 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
