Cemindia Projects Limited, formerly known as ITD Cementation India Limited, said shareholders approved a special resolution to raise capital from eligible investors through the issuance of equity shares and/or other eligible securities in one or more tranches, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India on August 17, 2026. The resolution was passed with the requisite majority via e-voting and remote e-voting, with voting available from August 13, 2026, to August 16, 2026.
