Century Enka Limited will close its trading window for directors, connected persons, and designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s insider trading code.

Century Enka Ltd. shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. Singhi & Co. as statutory auditors for five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 60th Annual General Meeting on August 20, 2026. Additionally, the shareholders re-appointed Mrs. Rajashree Birla as a director liable to retire by rotation and re-appointed Mr. Suresh Sodani as Managing Director & CEO for a further period of two years, effective April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2029.

Net profit of Century Enka rose 301.17% to Rs 61.70 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 15.38 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
