Kirloskar Industries Limited, a Kirloskar Group company, has set Friday, August 28, 2026, as the cut-off and record date for sending a Postal Ballot Notice via electronic mail and providing e-voting facility to its members, as previously intimated on August 12, 2026. Mrs. Manasi Paradkar, Practicing Company Secretary, Pune, has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the Postal Ballot, with the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) engaged to provide the electronic voting facility.

Kirloskar Industries Limited announced that its members approved the re-appointment of Kirtane & Pandit LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the company`s statutory auditors for a second term of five years, from the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 37th Annual General Meeting in 2031.
