Munjal Auto Industries announced that the 41th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 31 August 2026.

Munjal Auto Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net loss of Munjal Auto Industries reported to Rs 0.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 8.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 20.00% to Rs 614.24 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 511.88 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 10.47% to Rs 40.20 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 36.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
