The Committee of Creditors of Telephone Cables Limited convened its 5th meeting on May 19, 2026, to consider requests from Prospective Resolution Applicants for an extension of the timeline for submission of Resolution Plans, and to consider approval for extension of the due date for submission of Resolution Plans in accordance with Regulation 36B(6) of the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.

The Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Telephone Cables Limited convened its 6th meeting on June 2, 2026, to review actions undertaken by the Resolution Professional, including the status of claims, Information Memorandum, valuation process, and provisional list of Prospective Resolution Applicants, and deliberated on the requirement of interim finance for meeting Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) expenses.
