India Glycols Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that Shashi Kant Shukla, Shailendra Kumar Pandey, Vishal Shishodia, and Rakesh Kumar Srivastava ceased to be senior managerial personnel of the company from the close of business hours on August 31, 2026, following a transfer of their employment to resulting companies as part of a scheme of arrangement.

India Glycols Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its Board of Directors has fixed September 1, 2026, as the Effective Date and September 2, 2026, as the Record Date for the allotment of shares pursuant to a Scheme of Arrangement involving India Glycols Limited, Ennature Bio Pharma Limited, and IGL Spirits Limited. Under the scheme, Ennature Bio Pharma Limited will issue one equity share for every three equity shares held in India Glycols Limited, while IGL Spirits Limited will issue one equity share for every one equity share held in India Glycols Limited.

India Glycols Limited announced that its Board of Directors redesignated Ms. Pragya Bhartia Barwale from Whole Time Director and Key Managerial Person to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective at the closure of business hours on August 12, 2026.

India Glycols will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

India Glycols announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 19 August 2026.
