Jain Irrigation Systems announced that the 39th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 10 August 2026.

Jain Irrigation Systems (JISL) has commissioned a ~20,000 tonne/annum high-tech industrial-scale biochar facility along with its partners in Jalgaon, Maharashtra, advancing climate-smart agriculture, circular manufacturing, and engineered carbon removal at commercial scale. JISL has worked with global experts in the field to design and implement this pioneering project. With a processing capacity of more than 50 metric tonnes of agricultural and fruit processing residue per day, the Jalgaon plant stands among the world`s largest single-unit biochar reactors, placing India at the forefront of the global biochar and carbon removal movement. The Jalgaon plant is the first of multiple biochar reactors, with additional units already under development.

Net loss of Jain Irrigation Systems reported to Rs 12.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 28.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 4.30% to Rs 1823.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1748.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 24.61 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 33.54 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 10.73% to Rs 6399.52 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 5779.34 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
