Bharat Seats announced that the 39th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 24 July 2026.

Net profit of Bharat Seats rose 16.33% to Rs 13.25 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Bharat Seats announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 75%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
