Sika Interplant Systems Ltd share price softened by 0.54% to Rs 1097.8. The Company`s net profit saw a marginal increase of 7.28% to Rs 8.4 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 3.70% to Rs 42.86 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Aerospace & Defense industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 8.16 lakh crore, crashing by 49.77%. It has marginally improved by 1.87% over last one week and climbed by 9.07% in last one month while the market capitalization of Sika Interplant Systems Ltd has eased by 0.25% and 19.88% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Sika Interplant Systems Ltd stood at Rs 10.33 crore in Q2 FY26, nosediving by 25.36% year-on-year, and declining 1.34% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 6 crore, plunging by 45.82% YoY and tanking 41.35% sequentially. Total expenses rose by 11.67% to Rs 34.83 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 32.82 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 53.58% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 1.85 crore, tumbling by 26.88% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations jumped by 43.05% to Rs 211.23 crore, while net profit soared by 43.80% to Rs 36.44 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 2179% to Rs 40.02 crore, and PBT soared 47.31% to Rs 48.73 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 46.55 crore in FY26, as against Rs 7.62 crore in FY25. Sika Interplant Systems Ltd nosedived by 16.60% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.21% during the same period.

Sika Interplant Systems Limited informed the BSE Limited that Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, the company`s Registrar and Share Transfer agent, has confirmed that no requests for dematerialisation or rematerialisation of shares were received for the period ended July 31, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
