Jyoti Structures will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 4 August 2026.

Jyoti Structures announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 13 August 2026.

Jyoti Structures has entered into a contract agreement with National Transmission Network Service Provider, in joint venture with Fentons for execution of the project entailing construction of 28km long, 220kV double circuit transmission line from Mannar GS to Mullikulam Collector Grid Substation. The project is valued at Rs 67.96 crore.

Net profit of Jyoti Structures rose 52.05% to Rs 18.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.93 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
