Jyoti Structures Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will remain closed for all officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.

Net profit of Jyoti Structures rose 74.37% to Rs 19.46 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 11.16 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025. Jyoti Structures announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 13 August 2026.

Jyoti Structures has entered into a contract agreement with National Transmission Network Service Provider, in joint venture with Fentons for execution of the project entailing construction of 28km long, 220kV double circuit transmission line from Mannar GS to Mullikulam Collector Grid Substation. The project is valued at Rs 67.96 crore.
