Carysil will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 August 2026.

Carysil announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Carysil rose 45.86% to Rs 27.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 18.58 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 14.47% to Rs 233.72 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 204.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 54.05% to Rs 98.19 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 63.74 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
