NMDC Limited announced that Shri Ashish Chatterjee has ceased to be a Government Nominee Director on the company’s board w.e.f. the forenoon of August 24, 2026, as communicated by the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, via Office Memorandum No. S-14011/1/2022-BLA dated August 27, 2026.

NMDC Limited will hold its 68th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. (IST) via video conferencing, and has set October 5, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to a final dividend of Rs 1 per equity share, subject to approval at the meeting.

NMDC will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.
