Can Fin Homes announced that the 39th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 29 July 2026.

Can Fin Homes has allotted 466 equity shares under ESOP on 08 June 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 26,63,09,182 divided into 13,31,54,591 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The board of Can Fin Homes at its meeting held on 08 June 2026 has approved fund raising up to Rs 5,000 crore by way of issuance of on-shore and/or off-shore debt instruments including but not limited to bonds, non-convertible debentures, non-convertible subordinated debt in the nature of Tier II NCDs/bonds, Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) including Pass Through Certificates (PTC) denominated in Indian currency and/or any foreign currency.

Can Fin Homes will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 8 June 2026.

Can Fin Homes announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 8 per equity Share (i.e. 400%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
