Linc Limited has declared September 10, 2026, as the record date for dividend payment, subject to approval at the company’s 32nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 17, 2026, and announced that the share transfer books and register of members will be closed from September 11, 2026, to September 17, 2026.

Linc will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 6 August 2026.

Linc announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Linc declined 13.63% to Rs 10.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 12.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
