Linc Limited informed the Calcutta Stock Exchange, BSE Limited, and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company`s code of conduct.

Linc Limited has declared September 10, 2026, as the record date for dividend payment, subject to approval at the company’s 32nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 17, 2026, and announced that the share transfer books and register of members will be closed from September 11, 2026, to September 17, 2026.
