Super Sales India announced that the 44th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 20 July 2026.

Super Sales India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity Share (i.e. 25%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net Loss of Super Sales India reported to Rs 1.39 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 1.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
