Pankaj Polymers Limited held its 01st Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Saturday, August 22, 2026, approving several resolutions including the appointment of statutory auditors, the issuance of up to 8,55,000 equity shares and 22,20,000 warrants on a preferential basis, a change of company name, and shifting of the registered office to the National Capital Territory of Delhi, according to a regulatory filing.
