Pankaj Polymers Limited announced that its board approved the appointment of Prashant Kumar Jha as an additional director, in the category of non-executive and independent director, for a term of five years, effective September 7, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s annual general meeting.

Pankaj Polymers Limited informed the BSE that at its First Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on August 22, 2026, members approved the regularization of Mr. Mayank Chawla as Executive Director and Whole Time Director and Chief Executive Director for a period of 5 years, Mr. Vikas Garg as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, Mr. Rahul Nagar as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, Mr. Siba Narayan Panda as a Non-Executive Independent Director, and Ms. Richa Kathuria as a Non-Executive Independent Director.

Pankaj Polymers Limited held its 01st Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Saturday, August 22, 2026, approving several resolutions including the appointment of statutory auditors, the issuance of up to 8,55,000 equity shares and 22,20,000 warrants on a preferential basis, a change of company name, and shifting of the registered office to the National Capital Territory of Delhi, according to a regulatory filing. The company also approved the appointment and regularization of several directors, including Mayank Chawla as Executive Director and Vikas Garg, Rahul Nagar, Siba Narayan Panda, Richa Kathuria as Non-Executive Directors, and provided remote e-voting and e-voting facilities for shareholders, with the consolidated results to be announced within two working days.
