SIL Investments Limited informed the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, for designated persons and insiders as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

SIL Investments Ltd share price slipped 0.51% to Rs 427.8 after the company`s net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 317.12% to Rs 20.54 crore, while revenue from operations nosedived 517.55% to Rs 23.55 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Investment Company industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 4.07 lakh crore, rising 2.94%. It has slipped by 3.07% over last one week and climbed by 8.29% in last one month while the market capitalization of SIL Investments Ltd has eased by 1.20% and 4.93% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of SIL Investments Ltd stood at Rs 20.83 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 98.57% year-on-year, and tanking 321.13% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 21 crore, jumping 135.52% YoY and plunging by 331.15% sequentially. Total expenses plunged by 27% to Rs 2.92 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.73 crore, expanding by 7.35% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations rose 14.52% to Rs 62.78 crore, while net profit surged by 22.12% to Rs 38.21 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 4064% to Rs 50.28 crore, and PBT jumped 22.15% to Rs 51.17 crore compared to previous TTM. SIL Investments Ltd crashed 25.46% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.

SIL Investments will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Net Loss of SIL Investments reported to Rs 9.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 2.69 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
