Ramco Systems will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 July 2026.

Ramco Systems announced that the 29th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 20 August 2026.

Net profit of Ramco Systems rose 371.75% to Rs 25.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 5.31 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 19.39% to Rs 185.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 155.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 41.84 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 34.25 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Ramco Systems has allotted 97,747 equity shares under ESOS on 29 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.37,55,93,910.
