Kothari Petrochemicals announced that the 37th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 14 August 2026.

Net profit of Kothari Petrochemicals rose 3.01% to Rs 17.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 17.28 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 0.04% to Rs 152.86 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 152.92 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 10.13% to Rs 72.49 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 65.82 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 2.43% to Rs 591.39 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 577.34 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Kothari Petrochemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
