Coral India Finance and Housing Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that its trading window will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

Coral India Finance & Housing will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Coral India Finance & Housing announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.2 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Coral India Finance & Housing rose 14.47% to Rs 2.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2.35 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales remain constant at Rs 3.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 and also during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 15.44% to Rs 14.79 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 17.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 27.22% to Rs 15.40 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 21.16 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
