SKIL Infrastructure Limited, under corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Mumbai, informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Ltd that the Eighth Committee of Creditors (COC) meeting was held on August 25, 2026, via audio-visual means.

SKIL Infrastructure Limited announced that its Committee of Creditors approved the appointment of M/s AMS & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the company`s Statutory Auditors for a one-year term to conduct the audit for the financial year 2025–26, according to a filing on August 24, 2026. The appointment follows the company`s ongoing proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and the constitution of the Committee of Creditors after a stay was vacated by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
