Capri Global Capital Limited announced that its management committee approved the allotment and settlement of U.S.$300,000,000 in 7.55% senior secured notes due December 2029, issued under a U.S.$1 billion global medium term note program, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange. The notes, which will be listed on the India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited and NSE IFSC Limited, were issued in compliance with Regulation S and Rule 144A of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.

Capri Global Capital Limited will hold its 32nd Annual General Meeting on September 22, 2026, and has set Friday, September 4, 2026, as the record date to determine eligibility for a final dividend of Rs 0.20 per equity share, which will be paid subject to approval at the AGM and applicable tax deductions.
