Rotographics (India) Limited has fixed August 28, 2026, as the record date for the stock split/sub-division of shares, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The company’s board approved the sub-division of the face value of each Equity Share from Rs 10 to Rs 2, resulting in one existing share of Rs 10 being sub-divided into five shares of Rs 2.
