ICRA announced that the 35th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 30 July 2026.

Net profit of ICRA declined 5.90% to Rs 52.45 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 55.74 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 28.37% to Rs 174.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 136.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 6.77% to Rs 181.52 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 170.01 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. ICRA announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 70 per equity Share (i.e. 700%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
