ICRA has acquired the remaining 1.25% shareholding in Fintellix India, for a consideration of Rs 3.17 crore today. Fintellix has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and its subsidiaries have become step down wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company, with effect from today.

ICRA will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 July 2026.
