CARE Ratings Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 24,500 equity shares to employees under the CARE Employee Stock Option Scheme 2020, increasing the company`s paid-up share capital from Rs 30,09,39,120 consisting of 3,00,93,912 equity shares to Rs 30,11,84,120 consisting of 3,01,18,412 equity shares.

Net profit of CARE Ratings rose 25.14% to Rs 32.26 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 25.78 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
