Oracle Financial Services Software will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 July 2026.

Oracle Financial Services Software has allotted 7,810 equity shares under the OFSS Stock Plan 2014. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 435,360,695/- divided into 87,072,139 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.
