During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1313.6 crore, soaring by 20.65% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 133.1 crore, registering a growth of 10.38% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 17.02% to Rs 5182.8 crore, while net profit eased 2.59% to Rs 190.22 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 50509% to Rs 507.08 crore, and PBT dipped slightly 1.87% to Rs 254.14 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 331.65 crore in FY26, as against Rs 516.64 crore in FY25. Steel Strips Wheels Ltd rallied 74.87% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has reduced by 13.37% during the same period.

Steel Strips Wheels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
