Steel Strips Infrastructures Ltd. announced that its shareholders approved the reappointment of Shri Sanjay Garg as Managing Director for five years, effective February 14, 2027, and the reappointment of Shri Humesh Kumar Singhal as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term commencing October 1, 2026, at the company’s 53rd Annual General Meeting held September 30, 2026.

Steel Strips Infrastructures Ltd. will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, the company informed the BSE Limited.
