Axis Solutions Limited, formerly known as Asya Infosoft Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 7, 2026, concerning Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The certificate, received from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent Accurate Securities & Registry Private Limited, confirms that securities received for dematerialization during the period July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, were processed within the stipulated time limit and that the names of the depositories have been substituted in the security holder`s list.
