GRM Overseas Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India that its board approved the director’s report and annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the draft notice of the 32nd Annual General Meeting to be held on September 29, 2026, through video conferencing or other audio visual means, with the register of members and share transfer books remaining closed from September 23, 2026, to September 29, 2026.

GRM Overseas will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

GRM Overseas announced that Acuite Ratings & Research has upgraded its long-term rating to `ACUITE A` from `ACUITE A-` and its short-term rating to `ACUITE A1` from `ACUITE A2+`. The outlook is `Stable`.

Net profit of GRM Overseas rose 5.52% to Rs 21.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 20.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 104.95% to Rs 597.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 291.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 21.39% to Rs 74.34 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 61.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
