India Infraspace Limited announced the appointment of M/s. Mukeshkumar Jain & Co, Chartered Accountants, (FRN: 106619W), as statutory auditors for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 31st Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 36th Annual General Meeting in 2031, subject to member approval. The appointment follows the conclusion of the term of M/s. Nikhil D Gupta & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 162383W), who were appointed to fill a casual vacancy.
