Octal Credit Capital Ltd. will close its trading window for share transactions for designated individuals from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
