R K SWAMY Limited confirmed to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that there were no deviations in the utilization of proceeds from its initial public offering, which raised Rs 4,235.60 million on March 8, 2024, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing on August 12, 2026. The company’s Audit Committee reviewed the statement, which was subsequently approved by the Board at meetings held on August 11, 2026, and August 12, 2026.
