WSFx Global Pay Limited informed the BSE Limited that the record date for determining the Members entitled to receive a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, is Wednesday, September 16, 2026.

WSFx Global Pay Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 13250 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to employees exercising vested stock options under the Employees Stock Option Plan – 2018, increasing the company’s total number of equity shares from 1,26,73,391 to 1,26,86,640.

WSFx Global Pay will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

WSFx Global Pay announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of WSFX Global Pay reported to Rs 0.55 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 1.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 20.09% to Rs 26.18 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 21.80 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 76.95% to Rs 6.14 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3.47 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 24.76% to Rs 107.94 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 86.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
