Tejassvi Aaharam Limited will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations.

Tejassvi Aaharam Limited will seek shareholder approval on September 18, 2026, for several significant resolutions, including a name change to WEAGRO LIMITED, confirmed by a certificate from Sundaram & Srinivasan Chartered Accountants. The company is also requesting authorization to borrow up to Rs 300 crore to augment long-term resources, and to provide loans, guarantees, or security totaling up to Rs 300 crore to related parties and other entities where directors have an interest.
