The board also fixed a cut-off date of September 12, 2026, for e-voting and appointed P S Bathla & Associates as scrutinizer for the upcoming general meeting, and approved the change in designation of Jatinder Pal Singh from Whole Time Director to Managing Director for a term from August 27, 2026, to August 31, 2029, subject to member approval.
