Sam Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on November 6, 2026, to consider the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to address the expiry of the term of Independent Director Sandeep Prakash Naolekar, whose term ends on November 11, 2026. The trading window for equity shares of the company remains closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.

Sam Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that it has received a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, M/s. Ankit Consultancy Private Limited, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming no demat and remat requests were received during that period.

Sam Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the public declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading.
