Pondy Oxides & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 5 per equity Share (i.e. 100%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Pondy Oxides & Chemicals rose 125.95% to Rs 37.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 16.61 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
