The Yamuna Syndicate Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on November 6, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. Trading window for designated persons has been closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the results are submitted to the BSE Limited.

The Yamuna Syndicate Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that securities comprised in the certificate had been listed on the stock exchange and were subsequently mutilated and cancelled, with the name of the depository substituted in its records. The certificate was received from M/s. Alankit Assignment Limited, the company’s registrar and share transfer agent.

The Yamuna Syndicate Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its securities will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

The Yamuna Syndicate Limited announced that the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, declared on August 24, 2026, was distributed on September 2, 2026, and credited to the bank accounts of eligible shareholders by September 4, 2026. The company withheld the dividend for physical shareholders whose Know Your Customer (KYC) documents have not been updated, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) circulars, and has sent notifications to those shareholders.

The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 4.94 crore in FY26, as against Rs 7.6 crore in FY25. Yamuna Syndicate Ltd crashed 15.34% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.04% during the same period.
