Oseaspre Consultants Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, and remain so until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
