KG Petrochem Limited announced that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of Manish Singhal as Managing Director for a further three years, effective August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2029, and Prity Singhal as Whole Time Director for the same period. Gauri Shanker Kandoi was also re-appointed as Chairman cum Whole Time Director for three years, and Anjal Kejriwal was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director for five years, effective May 27, 2026.

Sales declined 34.87% to Rs 81.11 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 124.53 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 19.24% to Rs 4.45 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 5.51 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
