Ikoma Technologies Limited, formerly known as Vuenow Infratech Limited, has postponed its Board of Directors meeting, originally scheduled for Thursday, August 13, 2026, to Friday, August 14, 2026, due to a medical emergency involving the Managing Director; the meeting will be held via video conferencing or other audio-visual means to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with a limited review report.
