Net profit of DCB Bank rose 16.14% to Rs 205.65 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 177.07 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. DCB Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.45 per equity Share (i.e. 14.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

DCB Bank has allotted 16,000 equity shares under ESOP on 22 April 2026. Accordingly, the paid up equity share capital has increased from 321,901,777 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 321,917,777 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.

DCB Bank will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 24 April 2026.
