Genpharmasec Ltd share price slipped 0.94% to Rs 1.05 after the company`s net profit plunged by 112.59% to Rs 0.17 crore, while revenue from operations reduced 10.32% to Rs 49.71 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. EBITDA came in at Rs 1 crore, expanding by 132.00% YoY and crashing by 40.82% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 8.65% to Rs 49.43 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1.06 crore, jumping 783.33% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 1.11 crore, inching up 3.74% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations advanced 10.88% to Rs 33.72 crore, while net profit tanked by 1017.65% to Rs 1.56 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 85% to Rs 2.67 crore, and PBT jumped 784% to Rs 2.21 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 3.0 crore in FY26, as against Rs 2.95 crore in FY25. Genpharmasec Ltd nosedived by 47.50% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.56% during the same period.

Genpharmasec Limited confirmed to the BSE that there was no deviation or variation in the use of proceeds from its rights issue, announced on February 21, 2024, which raised Rs 4,845.05 lakh, according to a regulatory filing on August 11, 2026. The company’s Audit Committee reviewed the statement, which detailed the utilization of funds for acquiring equity shares from existing shareholders of Derren Healthcare Private Limited, repaying borrowings, financing working capital, meeting general corporate purposes, and covering issue expenses.
