Hind Rectifiers announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 11 August 2026.

The board of Hind Rectifiers at its meeting held on 10 June 2026 has approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 10 crore to Rs 30 crore by increasing equity share capital by 10 crore equity shares of Rs 2 each.

The board of Hind Rectifiers at its meeting held on 10 June 2026 has approved to change in name of the company to `Hirect`.

Hind Rectifiers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.4 per equity Share (i.e. 70%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net loss of Hind Rectifiers reported to Rs 1.59 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 9.99 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 51.21% to Rs 279.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 185.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 4.02% to Rs 38.60 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 37.11 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 52.45% to Rs 999.13 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 655.37 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
